Join Harkness Center for Dance Injuries' athletic trainer, Joshua Honrado, DAT for a fun, informative, and interactive injury prevention workshop, Sunday, April 16 at 12-1:30pm at Brooklyn Ballet!

Participants will learn the foundations of injury prevention including injury facts, nutrition basics, hydration, rest, cross training, periodization, training considerations, sleep hygiene, and stress management. 

Classes start February 6

Children's Classes

Limited spots are available for students age 3-7 (Pre-Ballet, Elementary Ballet I, Elementary Ballet I/II, and Elementary Ballet II).
