I aspire to challenge and better dancers' abilities by giving them varied choreography that will teach them how to use their bodies at full efficiency, accuracy and precision without losing their personalities or qualities in the process. Dancers are magicians and storytellers in which they use the movement to speak their truths. ~Manuel Vignoulle

Manuel's class draws its inspiration from the various experiences he has had throughout his career, in contemporary, modern-jazz and ballet training. The class starts with a warm-up directly inspired from yoga technique with active stretches to loosen the body and create more space within; already connecting the breath with the movement, proposing a more centered and available body for more complex movements. The warm-up will be at the barre then transfers to the center, combining classical ballet technique with a focus on upper body movement, body weight, opposition, breathing and sound. The class will then lead to a piece of set choreography, where the dancers will challenge their technique, spacial awareness, and their own artistic interpretation.
