In preparation make sure you have a little bit of space in your home and find a sturdy chair or table to use as a barre. If you are taking the Ballet Conditioning, grab your Thera band, yoga strap.or small towel. Get dressed in your ballet clothes, shoes, fix your neat ballet hair and join us!
