Brooklyn Ballet Company Audition with Caridad Martinez

Brooklyn Ballet is seeking professional ballet dancers for The Brooklyn Nutcracker and Brooklyn Ballet's 2022/2023 season.

The audition will include a ballet class taught by American Ballet Theater's Caridad Martinez followed by company repertoire. 

Dancers who perform on pointe should bring pointe shoes. 

Dancers should bring a headshot and resume. 

Dancers of all ethnicities are encouraged to attend. 

Our repertory, guided by Founding Artistic Director Lynn Parkerson, reflects a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural approach to ballet, and our dances are created through collaborations with musicians, writers, designers, hackers, visual artists and our Brooklyn neighbors. Opening our ballets to interdisciplinary influences helps us extend the form in unique directions, even while rooted in the classical idiom.
